A considered place to stay.

Dubai luxury in a quieter register: low-rise Andalusian-inspired architecture, a private beach, gardens and an intimate rhythm on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The location rewards those planning generous time at the resort.

Instead of the dramatic vertical profile of many Dubai hotels, this property relies on warm stone-coloured façades, arches, courtyards and tropical planting. The scale makes a stay feel private and residential. Its quiet mood is deliberate: guests who want the constant energy of Downtown Dubai should consider the transfer time before choosing this resort.

Architecture & design

The resort’s scale, landscaped grounds and intimate courtyards create a calmer rhythm than many Dubai towers. The architecture favors privacy and indoor-outdoor living.

Rooms & suites

Compare Palm Manor rooms, suites and private accommodation categories. Some layouts and pool privileges differ substantially. Confirm the exact room category, outdoor space and inclusions before payment.

A more expensive category is worthwhile only if its actual inclusions fit your trip.

Dining

Dining

Dining now includes STAY by Yannick Alléno for modern French cuisine, the newly opened L’Abysse for an intimate French-Japanese omakase experience and Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno for waterfront Mediterranean dining. Check opening days and reserve well ahead.

The restaurant collection changed in October 2026: STAY by Yannick Alléno remains the French fine-dining signature, L’Abysse is a new intimate French-Japanese omakase address, and Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno brings Mediterranean flavours to the waterfront. Restaurant hours, children’s policies and reservations can change; confirm them for your dates. Dining plans and meal credits vary by rate.

Wellness

Wellness

Spa treatments, pools and the private beach form a central part of the stay. Confirm which facilities are included for your chosen rate.

Check seasonal operations, guest eligibility, advance booking requirements and charges before planning a stay around a particular facility.

Experiences

Experiences & highlights

A stay is shaped by its beach, pool, quiet garden paths and spa rather than a long list of theme-park attractions. The current Guerlain Spa offer should be checked for treatment availability and whether use of associated facilities is included with your room. Consider a sunset marina dinner and leave space for unstructured time by the water.

Location & Getting There

Location & getting there

Located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Compare journey times to the sights on your itinerary and check airport transfer options before booking.

Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent is deliberately removed from the busiest parts of Dubai. Estimate taxi or private transfer costs for Downtown, Old Dubai and the airport. This resort is especially compelling when beach, wellness and dining matter more than everyday city sightseeing.

Airport access · Dubai International Airport (DXB)Approx. 25 miles (40 km) from the hotel, according to British Airways. One&Only estimates a 45-minute drive. Transfer times depend on traffic.

The right fit

Who should stay here?

Couples seeking privacy, luxury travellers who enjoy quietly designed resorts and families selecting the correctly configured larger suites or villas.

Premium prices and substantial cross-city journeys. The resort’s secluded location may not suit travellers planning a full daily itinerary across Dubai.

Before you book

Five practical booking checks

  1. Choose between Palm Manor, beachfront room, pool suite or villa based on actual layout.
  2. Confirm whether any pool or terrace is private and included in the booking.
  3. Check breakfast, half-board and restaurant reservations for your travel dates.
  4. Compare transfers to Downtown, the airport and any other Dubai excursions.
  5. Review spa appointment availability and family occupancy policies before paying.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Palm Manor and beachfront rooms?

Palm Manor rooms form part of the resort’s main manor accommodation, while beachfront categories are closer to the beach and can have different balcony or terrace arrangements. The official accommodation inventory lists a 65 m² Palm Manor Premier Room and 79 m² Beachfront Premier Room; compare the precise outlook and inclusions.

Does every suite have a private pool?

No. The existence of pool-suite and villa options does not make private pools standard in every suite. The Beachfront Junior Suite with Pool is a distinct bookable type. Check the exact category label, outdoor area, pool privacy and any special benefits before committing.

Is this a sensible base for sightseeing all over Dubai?

It can be, but the West Crescent position on Palm Jumeirah is more secluded than Downtown. Frequent trips across the city may involve substantial taxi journeys. It is most rewarding when you intend to use the beach, restaurants, spa and hotel grounds, with selective city outings.

What should I check about dining and spa access?

Restaurants and spa treatments generally require separate planning. Check current opening days, meal-plan restrictions, reservation policies and whether any pools or wellness facilities are included in the booked room rate. The presence of a named venue in the hotel description does not itself guarantee a table or treatment.
